Cheese crackers with one ingredient
Use your favorite cheese. I have Swiss here because we needed to use it up.
Cut it into squares. At this point if you want to spice it up with any spices, garlic salt, pepper, crush, red pepper, rosemary, whatever you like, go for it.
Cut into small squares, put on parchment paper and at this point, some people will cut a hole in the middle with a straw. I didn’t. It’s all personal preference.
Sprinkle it with the spice and bake at 275 for about 22 minutes
Mine ran together a little little bit, but they still broke apart perfect.
Let them cool for a few moments and they will be crispy like a cracker
